Flea Markets are the old & new IN!!!!!!!!!!

Who don’t love a flea markets?,When I was a teenager I used to go to flea markets with my mom in Queens and Long Island New York.
I used to buy everything from a piece of cake until designer brand clothes, sometimes fake sometime original pieces. We used to go every Tuesday, Saturday and Sundays so yeah you can called me a flea market freak (LOL). Friends used to look at me like I was the cheapest person in the world, and I was feeling the richest girl buying beautiful brand new clothes for all the occasions.
Flea Markets are inexpensive or secondhand goods are sold or bartered or brand new clothes.
Where the flea markets where origins?
The origins of the term are disputed, but according to one theory the Fly Market in 18th century New York City began the association. The Dutch word Vlaie, or vlie, with the v being pronounced f, meaning a swamp or valley, was located at Maiden Lane near the East River in Manhattan. The land on which the market stood was originally a salt marsh with a brook. By the early 1800's the "Fly Market" was the principal market in New York City.
There is great flea markets in different states:
  • Alameda Flea Market (California)
  • The Long Beach Outdoor Antique & Collectible Market Long Beach California
  • The Rose Bowl Flea Market is in southern California
  • The Shipshewana Auction & Flea Market Indiana.
  • The Springfield Antique Show & Flea Market in Springfield, Ohio.
  • The Brimfield Antique and Flea Market Shows make up the largest outdoor antique show in the United States.
  • The Brooklyn Flea is a favorite stomping ground for New York City area treasure hunters.
  • GreenFlea Market on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
  • Daytona Flea & Farmers Market in Daytona Beach, Florida .
  • First Monday Trade Days - sometimes called the Canton Flea Market Texas.
As you can see flea markets are all over United States were they sale  food to clothes for your dogs. Sometimes vendors tried to be “smart” in selling you item over priced , but maybe if you keep walking can find the same item for less or better yet make an offer and they are very flexible with prices just show your best weapon a nice cute puppy face with smile (:-) ) . Also dont forget to wear you better comfy shoes as sneakers and   a lot cash, remember they only accept cash green(money), bring a friend and have fun in your flea market journey.
I'm still go to flea markets and I get good bargains and rare items for my house , my kids love to go to and my husband is a great fanatic of Flea Markets.

LUPUS!!!!!!!

Lupus:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a long-term autoimmune disorder that may affect the skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs.Today I'm writing about something more serious , Lupus..... .
I have many close friends suffer from lupus and this week is dedicated to them :-).

Lupus Erythematosus Specific Skin Disease :These are scarring, coin-shaped lesions commonly seen in areas of skin that are exposed to light, such as the scalp and ears, and the central portion of the face and nose. More rarely, your lips, mouth, and tongue might be involved These lesions can produce a scarring baldness.

Lupus Profundus:This is a rare type of skin lupus erythematosus in which the subcutaneous fat is involved giving rise at at first to tender nodules that can leave, in time, saucer like depressions in the skin surface This type most commonly affects the upper arms and trunk.

Acute Lutaneous Lupus Lesions :The malar rash or butterfly rash occurs in association with systemic lupus erythematosus It may vary in degree from a mild redness or "rosy cheeks to multiple swollen red areas or plaques.

Lupus Erythematosus , Non-Specific Skin Disease :skin changes that are noted in some patients with lupus erytheamtosus but also occur in many patients without lupus erythematosus. Thus having one of the conditions listed below does not mean that there is a predisposition to developing lupus erythematosus.

Hair loss:Vasculitis:Varied skin manifestations:

Raynaud's phenomenon: This is the blanching of the skin of the fingers and toes when exposed to cold and may be followed by a blue or red discoloration.

Chilblains: This is a cold induced injury that results in tender nodules and plaques on the fingers and toes.

All people with lupus have mild to extreme fatigue, people with lupus report that joint and muscle pain was their first sign of the disease. Joints may be red and warm, and may swell,Most people with lupus develop skin rashes. These rashes are often an important clue to the diagnosis,Exposure to ultraviolet light (such as sunlight or tanning parlors) typically worsens the skin rash and can trigger lupus flares,People with lupus may experience periods of hair loss.

What you can do to feel better?
Get Regular Exercise to Boost Energy, walk everyday at least for 15 minutes.
Get Enough Rest to Prevent Fatigue, sleep your 8hrs,Take time to relax before bedtime. A warm shower or bath can help.
Keeping an activity schedule for day-to-day basics can be a way to help organize your time. This way, you can plan for the things you need to do and make sure you have enough time to rest in between.
Follow this technique your life can be a little better.

Always check with your primary doctor, and if you have a friends with this sickness just be patience with them.

I do not have the sickness , and I do not know pain is thee sickness but I know how to give time to my friends and trying to understand them.
